What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. When you connect a Google Calendar, we access your calendar events to display them on your room screens.

How We Use Your Data

  • Authenticate your account and manage your session
  • Display calendar events on your configured room displays
  • Write quick reservations back to your connected calendar (only when you initiate a reservation)
  • Send notifications you configure (email or Slack)

Google Calendar Data

We request access to your Google Calendar to read event data and, optionally, to create events when you use Quick Reserve. We only access calendars you explicitly connect. Calendar data is used solely to power your room displays and is not shared with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings. Disconnecting a calendar immediately removes stored tokens and stops data syncing.
